Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations should be made through your reminder or confirmation email or text; or by calling the salon. Please refrain from texting directly to cancel. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
